The role
A straightforward delivery job
Similar to Amazon Flex: pick up packages at the warehouse in the morning, organize your route, and complete deliveries independently.
Choose your workload

Weekly payment
First payment is held for two weeks, then paid every week, no later than Monday when processing is delayed.
How the day works

Arrive at the warehouse at 5:30 AM and scan shipping labels
Load packages into your vehicle in numeric order
Deliver and upload clear photos of the label, package location, and house number
Finish once all assigned packages are delivered or properly returned
Read before signing
Rules & penalties
- Place packages in front of the door only. Never place a package in a mailbox. Business deliveries must go to reception or be signed for.
- Upload three clear, legible photos: shipping label, house/building number, and package placement. Blurry or incomplete photos may not count toward pay.
- If a customer reports a package missing and your photos cannot prove delivery, you may be responsible for the package value, with a minimum reimbursement of $50.
- If you lose a scanned package, you may be responsible for the package value, with a minimum reimbursement of $50.
- Damaged or undelivered packages must be returned to the warehouse the next day. Failure to return after pickup may result in a $50 penalty.
- All packages must be returned within 48 hours after pickup. After 48 hours, a package may be treated as lost and charged at its value, with a minimum of $50 per package.
Do not place packages in any mailbox.
Mailbox misuse may result in USPS fines of up to $5,000 or more.

How we handle your information
CUSexpress LLC uses your contact, vehicle, availability, signature, driver's license, and license plate information only to evaluate your application and create your driver profile if selected.
Applicant records and document photos are restricted to the authorized CUSexpress administrator. Document access and deletion are logged.
Applications are kept for up to 90 days, unless the information is needed for an active onboarding or legal process. You may request earlier deletion by contacting CUSexpress LLC.
Do not submit your Social Security number, banking information, or tax documents through this application form.
